Our services are available to individuals and businesses in Dubai, UAE. We strive to provide the highest standard of design services in accordance with your specifications and requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Ensure that all necessary permissions and approvals (e.g., from building owners or local authorities) are obtained before any work commences.
• Communicate with us in a timely and transparent manner throughout the design and execution process.
• Pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the designs, plans, sketches, models, and other creative materials produced by Neo Spacio Technical Services LLC for your project remain the property of Neo Spacio Technical Services LLC until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, certain rights may be transferred to you as outlined in the agreement for your specific project.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or materials for any purposes other than those outlined in the contract without prior written consent from us.

4. Payment Terms

All projects will be subject to a payment schedule agreed upon before work commences. Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
• Progress Payments: Payments are due as specified in the contract based on milestones or stages of work completed.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the final invoice.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or delays in project completion.

5. Project Timeline

We make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in client requirements, vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you promptly of any changes to the timeline and work to minimize disruptions.

6. Changes and Revisions

Any changes or revisions to the original design plan may be subject to additional charges. Changes that affect the scope of work, materials, or timeline will be discussed with you, and a revised agreement or quotation may be provided.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may cancel or terminate the project, subject to the following conditions:

• Client Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the project before completion, the client is still responsible for paying for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Company Cancellation: We may terminate the project if there is a breach of these Terms by the client or if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

In case of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality interior design services, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damages resulting from delays, design errors, or other issues that may arise during the project.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your project and personal information. We will not share any confidential details about your project or business with third parties without your prior written consent, except as necessary to complete the project (e.g., with contractors or suppliers).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
